Notes bemywine : For this Wijnbergperzik, we macerated vineyard peaches for about four months on three- and four-year old lambik. Two thirds of the lambikken have been brewed by Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen, one third by Lindemans. The oldest lambik has been brewed in October 2019. This renders the weighted average age to more than 33 months. The final fruit proportion is 388 grams of Moesel-grown and hand-picked peaches per litre of Wijnbergperzik. Bottled on 01/12/2023.

Notes BeMyWine : Mont-Cuchot, parcelle de 0,75 ha en Montagny 1er Cru, repose sur un terroir argilo-calcaire exposé plein est, avec des vignes d’environ 40 ans. Récoltés à maturité, les raisins sont vinifiés à la fois en cuve inox pour préserver la fraîcheur et en fûts de chêne pour apporter complexité. Le vin dévoile des arômes subtils de fleurs et de fruits blancs, une belle rondeur et de délicates notes toastées. À servir entre 10 et 12 °C, il accompagne idéalement les poissons de rivière.
