Notes BeMyWine : Champagne Ponsart-Delagarde Le Sous-Trait is an artisanal Extra-Brut from the Janvry and Germigny terroirs, predominately made from Meunier (70 %) with Chardonnay (30 %). It features spontaneous fermentation, full malolactic conversion, and ageing in both stainless steel and new oak, expressing a pure and vibrant sense of place. On the nose and palate, it offers freshness, energy, and fine minerality, balancing tension with aromatic complexity.
