Domaine Jean Foillard, located in Villié-Morgon, is a benchmark estate in Beaujolais, led by Jean Foillard since the 1980s. Influenced by Marcel Lapierre and Jules Chauvet, he produces natural wines without additives, mainly from the terroirs of Morgon and Fleurie. His cuvées, made with indigenous yeasts and very little sulfur, are renowned for their vibrant fruit, silky texture, and balance. These wines, both delicious and elegant, are perfect for immediate enjoyment while also offering excellent aging potential. A must for lovers of authentic, living wines.
