Chagnoleau

After beginning his career with Olivier Merlin, Frantz Chagnoleau now manages, alongside his wife Caroline Gon, a nearly 7-hectare estate, with parcels mainly located in Saint-Albin, Chasselas, Prissé, and Vergisson.
The vines, averaging 50 years of age, are cultivated biodynamically, with plowing and the use of herbal infusions for the vines, and indigenous yeasts for fermentation.
Winemaking combines barrel and stainless-steel tank techniques, producing precise, natural, and elegant wines.
The estate’s style balances optimal ripeness, restrained oak, and remarkable aging potential.
