Notes BeMyWine : Bonneveaux is the Domaine’s only plot located in Buxy (1.40 ha), on an east-facing ferruginous clay-limestone terroir, with vines around twenty years old. Harvested at optimal ripeness, the grapes are vinified and aged in demi-muids for 12 months, then refined for 10 months in tanks to achieve harmony and elegance. The wine is full-bodied and fruity, with enticing toasted oak notes and a delightful richness. Served at 12–14 °C, it pairs perfectly with frog legs or sole bonnefemme.

Notes BeMyWine : This cuvée comes from the oldest parcels of Montagny-les-Buxy, spread across three terroirs with different exposures, covering 1.85 hectares with vines around 50 years old. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, gently pressed, then vinified in oak barrels and demi-muids with bâtonnage to develop complexity and structure. The wine shows a golden color and an elegant nose of lime, grapefruit, jasmine, and toasted almonds, with a generous and lively palate marked by citrus notes. Served at 10–12 °C, it pairs beautifully with foie gras, shellfish, poultry, and goat cheeses.
