Notes BeMyWine : The Macles plot, located on the upper hillside at 420 meters altitude within the Montagny appellation, is southeast-facing on very stony clay-limestone soil with a slope of over 40%. The vines, around 30 years old, cover 2.5 ha and are harvested at optimal ripeness. Vinification combines stainless steel tanks on fine lees and demi-muids to preserve freshness, fruit, and complexity. Fresh and generous, with citrus and lemon aromas, this wine is served at 10–12?°C and pairs perfectly with shellfish, Asian dishes, and convivial moments.
