A blend of 50% Chardonnay, 40% Meunier, and 10% Pinot Noir, it reflects a pure, crystalline, and harmonious style. Vinified in stainless steel and oak barrels before aging on lees, it develops depth and complexity. Finished as an Extra Brut (2 g/L), it offers freshness, balance, and authenticity in every occasion.

Based on the 2022 vintage and enhanced by 50% reserve wines aged in a perpetual reserve initiated in 2004, Sélèque’s NV Extra Brut Solessence exudes a bouquet of ripe citrus, peach and freshly baked bread. On the palate, it is medium- to full-bodied, broad and textural, with a generous core of fruit underpinned by ripe yet lively acidity, exhibiting a phenolic structure and an assertive bitterness on the finish. Vinified in equal parts stainless steel and oak, it was disgorged in August 2024 with a dosage of 1.5 grams per liter. The blend comprises nearly equal proportions of Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, with an additional 10% Pinot Noir.
