Notes BeMyWine : This cuvée comes from the oldest parcels of Montagny-les-Buxy, spread across three terroirs with different exposures, covering 1.85 hectares with vines around 50 years old. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, gently pressed, then vinified in oak barrels and demi-muids with bâtonnage to develop complexity and structure. The wine shows a golden color and an elegant nose of lime, grapefruit, jasmine, and toasted almonds, with a generous and lively palate marked by citrus notes.
